• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires for hourly staff.
• Direct work by setting hours, schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise and oversee food production and preparation per recipes and procedures.
• Conduct line Taste & Temps inspections.
• Enforce security measures to protect employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with values and goals.
