Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations while upholding brand standards and culture.

You will manage shifts, cash handling, customer service, and crew leadership in a fast-paced setting. Requires 1+ years of management experience in food service, 18+, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Benefits include weekly pay and comprehensive perks.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Enforces company policies and standards
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides customer service excellence
• Uses logs and tools to support shift execution and corrective action
• Ensures cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility
