Raising Cane’s Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture during shift management. You will lead the team, ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people skills, and the ability to manage staffing, scheduling and costs. The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic, team-driven workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings raising Cane’s operations and safety standards.
• Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned
