Job summary

Raising Cane’s Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations. You will uphold Raising Cane’s standards, manage shifts, and supervise crewmembers while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant/retail management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work variable shifts. Full-time position with weekly pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval.
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order.
• Opens and closes the restaurant as manager on duty.
