Job summary

Raising Cane's in LaPlace, LA is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shifts.

The role requires leading crewmembers, managing shift gaps, and ensuring customer service excellence while handling cash and adherence to safety policies. Strong communication and prior restaurant management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, energetic with strong written and verbal communication
• Able to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends and travel for work-related functions

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Enforces company policies and standards
• Executes shift management with safety and operations procedures
• Directs crewmembers and provides exemplary customer service
• Applies rewards and recognition for team members
• Completes duties as assigned
