Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Florence, KY to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold standards and culture, and manage shift operations.

The role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, customer interactions, cash handling, training, and leading crewmembers. Requirements include 1+ years of restaurant or retail management, 18+, and a high school diploma or equivalent; benefits include weekly pay and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Capable of working a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and delivers exemplary customer service.
• Upholds training programs and company policies; completes assigned duties.
