Job summary

The Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations, staffing, guest service, and financial controls to ensure clean, fast, and friendly service.

You will train crew, shift leaders and the assistant GM, manage performance, scheduling, and compliance with food safety regulations, while driving sales growth and maintaining high standards across all shift times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs across food, labor, cash, and other expenses per company guidelines and budget.
• Drives sales growth by improving speed of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days/parts and schedules.
• Conducts performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and the assistant GM.
• Leads hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coaches and trains staff to meet certification and performance standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and compliance with sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensures a safe restaurant environment and coordinates preventative maintenance with maintenance teams.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles guest complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provides timely feedback to area coach on operating results via daily calls and meetings.
• Manages turnover through effective selection and training and maintains a positive work environment.
• Goes on the floor to prepare food as needed and handles cash register duties when required.
