Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Internal promotion preferred with learning zone training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures food, labor, cash and controllable expenses stay within guidelines.
• Drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Conducts crew, shift manager, and AGM performance appraisals.
• Handles hiring for crew, shift leaders, and AGM positions.
• Coaches and develops team to achieve certifications and performance levels.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Keeps restaurant environment safe for employees and guests; takes corrective action as needed.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and coordinates reporting of needed repairs.
• Delivers timely feedback to area coach through daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover through effective recruitment and training; promotes a positive work environment.
• Prepares food as needed and handles cash register operations when required.
