Denco Family, Inc. is seeking a Manager In Training (MIT) for our Porterville, CA location. As a MIT, you'll embark on a comprehensive development program designed to equip you with skills for a future Restaurant Manager role.

The MIT will supervise approximately 15-20 crew members and is responsible for daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to service and quality standards, while promoting a positive dining experience for our guests.

This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a minimum of 2 years in management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Able to work 45-55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned shifts and monitor brand standards.
• Lead and support a team of 15-20 crew members.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
