• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, and consistent service.
• Coach and engage a high-performing team culture with accountability.
• Lead a team of 25+ employees and ensure adherence to standards.
• Conduct daily pre-shift huddles and align teams on goals.
