Responsibilities include scheduling, training, local marketing support, and accurate record-keeping, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in QSR environment; supervise and train staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluates and promotes staff as needed.
• Communicates changes in recipes, standards, etc. to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
