Job summary

J&H Family Stores seeks an experienced store manager to oversee daily operations, inventory control, and money handling. You will lead a team of 4–12, ensure food safety and cleanliness, oversee training, and support local marketing initiatives while maintaining strong customer service.

Requirements include 2+ years in a QSR environment, supervision experience, and strong communication skills. The role requires 40–50 hours per week with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment with supervising and training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Create and post staff work schedules and manage 4–12 person teams.
• Oversee staff performance evaluations and potential promotions or terminations.
• Communicate changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives and maintain health and safety codes.
• Identify prospective customers to promote sales and ensure excellent customer service.
