Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a QSR environment with supervision and staff training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and post staff work schedules.
• Manage a staff of 4–12; supervise, assign, and evaluate work; conduct staff evaluations.
• Communicate changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to local and national health and food safety codes and company policies.
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.
