You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance with policies while maintaining food safety standards. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a service/food setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing operations and staffing.
• Drive guest satisfaction and achieve planned sales and profit levels.
• Handle cash, gift cards, and payment procedures accurately.
• Ensure proper training and development of team members, including new hires.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
