Job summary

North Italia is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Irvine, CA to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service environment. You will manage shifts, mentor staff, and partner with the kitchen to ensure top-quality guest experiences.

The role requires a results-driven leader who can coach a team, optimize service flow, and uphold standards for food quality, safety, and hospitality. Strong POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Understanding of business operations and financials.
• Able to work ten-hour shifts, weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Experience with POS systems such as POSitouch, Crunchtime and OpenTable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily decision making.
• Ensure guest experience by understanding flavors, aromas, and wines.
• Handle on-the-fly requests with poise to maintain a positive environment.
• Coach and develop the restaurant team with open feedback.
• Work with kitchen to evaluate prep levels and food quality.
• Run the restaurant as if it were your own.
