Job summary

North Italia in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will manage shifts, uphold food and service standards, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach the team, drive continuous improvement, and foster a safe, welcoming environment while delivering Great Hospitality, Every Time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated working understanding of business operations and financials.
• Strong communication skills; dependable, reliable, and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Ensure highest guest experience by understanding flavors and wine pairings.
• Handle on-the-floor requests with calm and poise to create a positive work environment.
• Coach and develop the restaurant team with open feedback and corrective action as needed.
• Work with kitchen team to evaluate prep levels and food quality before shifts.
• Run the restaurant with ownership mindset.
