Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for Hardee’s in Mocksville, NC. You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, lead crew, and drive profitability through service, quality, and cleanliness.

You’ll interview and hire, schedule staff, train teams, and maintain inventory and records while upholding company standards and safety policies. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience required.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Aufgaben

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule staff to cover shifts and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under direction of manager.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and crew; coach and discipline as needed.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings on procedures and safety.
• Maintain inventory and control food cost variances.
• Keep reports and records per company standards and legal regs.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and tills balanced.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies.
