Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Lead crew meetings and coordinate operations procedures.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and control inventory per GAP.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations; ensure cash handling procedures.
• Maintain the building, equipment, and safety policies; enforce HR and sanitation rules.
