Golden Corral is seeking an energetic Manager to lead food production and Back-of-the-House operations in a bustling, high-volume casual dining setting. You will ensure adherence to recipes, quality, and sanitation standards while guiding a team to deliver great guest experiences.

The role requires prior management experience in similar environments and completion of Golden Corral's paid 8-week training program, with possible travel.

• Successful completion of Golden Corral's paid 8-week management training program. Travel may be required.

In this role as Manager, you are responsible for food production and operating the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems to ensure that the standards for quality food, recipes, and cleanliness are achieved for our guests. As a member of the restaurant operations management team, you are also responsible for the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor.
