Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking to join our team with an entry-level, hourly management position. You will be cross trained in all restaurant skill positions, gaining knowledge of ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning, working with the General and Associate Managers to complete a certification program.

• 1–2 years in food service, preferably in management at a high-volume, diversified menu restaurant.
• High school diploma; college coursework in hospitality or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food production and operations of back of house and front of house to ensure quality, hospitality and cleanliness.
• Work with General and Associate Managers and participate in a certification program.
• When a salaried restaurant manager is not on duty, assume front and back of house management responsibilities.
• Travel and relocating may be needed for multiple locations.
