Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking energetic, friendly individuals for an entry-level, hourly management position. You will be cross-trained in all restaurant skill positions and learn operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.

You will work closely with the General and Associate Managers and complete a one-year certification program designed to teach in-store management skills. Benefits include paid training and upward mobility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-trained in all restaurant roles to gain knowledge of operational tasks.
• Learn ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning as part of the role.
• Work closely with the General and Associate Managers and complete a one-year certification program.
