Golden Corral in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead back-of-house and overall operations in a busy, family-style setting. You will manage food production, quality, safety and labor while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes completing Golden Corral's paid 8-week management training program and coaching a dynamic team. This is a growth-focused opportunity with a national restaurant company spanning multiple states, offering competitive benefits

In this role as a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for food production and operating the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems to ensure that the standards for quality food, recipes, and cleanliness are achieved for our guests. As a member of the management team, you are also responsible for the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor.
