Job summary

Shake Shack in Florida seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will train and lead a team, coach for excellence, and promote the brand through local events and community engagement.

The role emphasizes hospitality, compliance with health codes, and driving performance while supporting a fun, inclusive ShackFam culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• A working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word‑of‑mouth and restaurant events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
