Shake Shack is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Florida, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding our hospitality standards at Residences at Coconut Point. You will train and motivate a diverse team, manage scheduling, and oversee food safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of management experience, strong leadership, and comfort with budgeting, purchasing, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
