You will develop local brand initiatives, manage operations, and ensure safety‑compliant procedures while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including staffing, food planning & preparation, purchasing, sanitation & health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
