Job summary
Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Johnson City, TN is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, focusing on appearance, presentation and guest experience while providing professional leadership to the team. - 1 year of restaurant management experience.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
- Experience in full-service restaurant management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and emphasize appearance, presentation and guest experience.
- Provide professional leadership and direction to employees.
- Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting and hiring.
- Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while upholding service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and company policies.
