Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, lead by example, and uphold our high standards of hospitality. You will manage staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance with all policies.

You will engage with guests, address comments, maintain menu knowledge, and participate in community opportunities. Eligible candidates enjoy growth, benefits, and a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• One (1) year previous restaurant management experience.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and staff performance.
• Assist with staffing by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Support hourly team development and career growth.
• Implement security protocols to ensure staff and guest safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
