Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule. You will hire, train, and monitor staff, manage shift priorities, and uphold safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Franchisee-level experience preferred; 6+ months as shift leader or higher within last 12 months.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Cash handling and time management skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the store 24/7 operations and safety compliance.
• Lead and train crew and shift leaders; manage scheduling and staffing.
• Drive profitability by executing brand standards and marketing initiatives.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure guest first culture.
• Manage cash over/short and inventory control.
