Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience as a dining room manager
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain high service standards

Responsibilities

• Write and post FOH weekly schedules and set service goals
• Greet guests, process checks, and resolve customer complaints
• Direct staff in safety and health practices
• Attend and contribute to weekly manager meetings
