Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations in a fast-paced dining environment. You will lead hourly staff, drive guest satisfaction and sales, and ensure safety and high standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Ability to manage Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Proven track record improving guest satisfaction and sales.
• Strong safety and sanitation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Direct scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Supervise food production following established recipes and procedures.
• Ensure security and safety of employees and guests at all times.
• Manage weekly inventory of food, supplies, and liquor.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
• Recruit, interview, and hire hourly staff when needed.
