You will lead hourly staff, schedule shifts, drive guest satisfaction, manage food safety, control costs, and train teams in a supportive, people-first culture with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly staff, including performance coaching and discipline.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees.
• Ability to schedule work hours and assign tasks across opening hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience training Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Knowledge of food safety and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, evaluate performance, coach, and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire hourly staff.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Oversee food production and prep per recipes and procedures.
• Conduct line Taste & Temps; enforce safety measures.
• Control costs via weekly inventory and procurement.
