Qualifications

• Experience supervising front- and back-of-house operations
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and sales
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire hourly staff

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Review applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food in line with recipes and procedures
• Conduct Taste & Temps and enforce restaurant safety measures
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by weekly inventory
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values
