Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant front-of-house preferred.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Focus on customer service and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House.
• Enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Oversees/approves Front of House side work.
• Provides/oversees thorough training.
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House.
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant and may assist with serving, hosting, or cooking.
• Ensures 100% table visitation of customers to gather insights and drive sales.
• Leads by example to develop employees and assistants.
• Cross-trains employees.
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed.
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts rallies as directed by Service Manager.
• Ensures compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training.
• Maintains safe food handling procedures and restaurant cleanliness.
• Helps control guest flow and assists with liquor inventory and ordering.
• Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales.
