Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in polished casual or fine dining.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong, stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by staffing and development.
• Implement security protocols to protect employees and guests.
• Create memorable guest experiences and community engagement.
• Drive restaurant results via P&L management and sales initiatives.
• Ensure menu items meet recipes and high presentation standards.
