The ideal candidate has 2+ years in polished casual or fine dining and 3+ years of salaried management, with wine knowledge and a flexible schedule. 21+ and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Create memorable guest experiences and engage with the community outreach activities.
• Manage department P&L and drive sales, profitability, and guest counts.
• Ensure menu items are prepared per recipes and presented to high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices with a passion for excellence.
