Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fully staffed restaurant department and develop your team.
• Ensure guest experiences are memorable through service excellence.
• Oversee P&L and drive sales initiatives to grow profitability.
