Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Ability to review applications, interview, and hire hourly staff.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service is upheld.
• Manage hourly employees including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Direct weekly schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule training for FOH and BOH staff.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce safety and security measures at the restaurant.
• Control food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging work environment aligned with core values.
