Texas Roadhouse, Inc. in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staffing, scheduling, training, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

The manager will drive guest satisfaction, manage costs, and foster a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly staff and conducting performance evaluations.
• Ability to review applications, interview, and hire hourly employees.
• Experience in food service operations and safety procedures.
• Skilled in scheduling and task assignment for FOH/BOH teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees.
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant.
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures.
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps.
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory.
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures.
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals.
