The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Food & Beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred, 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, and provide on-going communication to staff.
• Manage facility and equipment to ensure they are in complete working order.
• Ensure high quality of food preparation and service.
• Create a positive work environment that represents the Butler brand.
• Evaluate employee performance and build reward and recognition systems.
• Produce regular and special reports; maintain required records.
• Propose staff changes in assigned areas.
• Manage vacation requests and staff absences.
