Butler Hospitality seeks a General Manager to lead Food & Beverage operations across partner hotels in the USA. You will hire, train, and motivate staff to deliver first-class service with accountability while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Food & Beverage experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead staff to deliver first-class service.
• Willingness to work long hours, any shift, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, and provide ongoing communication to staff to deliver first-class service with accountability.
• Manage facility and equipment to ensure all are in good working order.
• Ensure high quality of food preparation and service.
• Create a positive work environment that represents the Butler brand.
• Maintain high service standards through training and feedback mechanisms.
• Evaluate employee performance and implement recognition systems.
• Produce regular reports and maintain records/files.
• Propose staff changes in assigned areas.
• Manage vacation requests and staff absences.
• Foster collaboration with other departments for smooth operations.
• Be flexible with shifts and hours as required.
