Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations, focusing on quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the team that makes the restaurant stand out.

Salary range USD 53,000.00 – 62,500.00 per year, weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for growth. Schedule typically 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with a focus on work-life balance and career development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
