Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, focusing on delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction.

You will hire, train and inspire the team, drive sales, ensure safety and compliance, manage performance including evaluations and coaching, and select top talent to join our winning team. The role offers work-life balance with shifts between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with focus on delivering high quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant standout.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Create a FUN safe environment for team members to develop.
• Ensure compliance with all employment policies.
• Manage performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.

• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests at all times.
