Job summary

J. Alexander’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in Oak Brook, IL. You will ensure outstanding guest experiences, high food quality, and efficient service, while guiding hourly staff and coordinating with leadership.

The role requires strong hospitality management skills, a track record in team leadership, and proficiency with POS systems. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and growth opportunities are available.
