Job summary

J. Alexander’s Restaurants is seeking passionate leaders in the hospitality industry to join the Oak Brook or Northbrook teams. The manager will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food quality while optimizing efficiency.

Training is a 10-week, hands-on program designed to immerse you in every aspect of our operation. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with clear paths for growth and fast-track leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Support GM/AGM with planning, organizing and delegation to hourly employees.
