Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining high food safety standards.

You will hire, train and inspire a team, manage performance, and ensure compliance with policies. The role focuses on sales growth, a safe work environment, and opportunities for career progression with in-house training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business.
• 2+ years of casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with a focus on high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire the people that make the restaurant stand out.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while maintaining a FUN safe environment for the team.
• Ensure compliance with all employment policies and manage performance through evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Select top talent and provide ongoing development to grow the team.
