The position requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, 18+ years of age, and a focus on staffing, scheduling, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Able to lead, supervise and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards across shifts.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and delivers exemplary customer service.
