Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations while upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in shift management responsibilities.

The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with physical exertion, customer interaction, and both indoor and outdoor work in varied temperatures. Experience in management and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition program for the crewmembers and approves manager-level actions.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
