Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold standards and culture, and manage shift responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, directing crew, handling cash, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma and prior restaurant leadership experience; travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the facility is in good working order.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
