Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, enforcing policies, ensuring customer service excellence, and managing crewmembers. The position requires 1+ years of management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience required.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and uses logs/tools to document results.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition programs for the team.
• Authorizes employee actions requiring manager approval (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
