Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Rockford, IL to assist the Restaurant Leader with daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shifts. You will supervise crewmembers, manage cash, ensure service excellence, and support safety and cleanliness across the restaurant.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to direct crewmembers.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during shifts and provides customer service excellence.
• Uses logs and tools to document results and take corrective action when needed.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
